These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bajbb platform ("Platform") and all its services. By completing registration on bajbb or beginning to use the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause of these Terms.
bajbb reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Age Restriction
All bajbb services are available only to individuals aged 21 and above. Anyone under 21 may not create an account or use the services. bajbb reserves the right to close any account created using a false age and to forfeit all associated balances.
Scope of Services

Account Registration and Management

Only one bajbb account may be operated per person, household, or device. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in a temporary suspension of account transactions.

Account Closure and Suspension
bajbb may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of terms or fraudulent activity
- Providing false information or identity fraud
- Bonus abuse or attempts to manipulate the system
- Account inactive for an extended period
- At the user's own request
Financial Transactions and Payments
bajbb offers deposit and withdrawal facilities through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Deposits
Accepted payment methods on bajbb are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account quickly.

Withdrawals

Transaction Irregularities

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
bajbb offers attractive welcome bonuses for new members. There are specific terms for receiving and using bonuses that every member must follow.
Welcome Bonus
A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit at bajbb, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. The calculation applies only to the bonus funds — not the original deposited amount. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Bonus Abuse Prohibited
The following activities with bonus funds are strictly prohibited:
- Claiming bonuses multiple times using multiple accounts
- Applying arbitrage betting or risk-free betting strategies
- Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus terms
- Intentionally low-risk betting to take advantage of promotional offers
VIP Program
bajbb's VIP program has four tiers. By playing regularly, a member can advance to higher tiers and enjoy cashback every week:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy
bajbb always maintains a fair and transparent gaming environment. Every game is operated through verified technology and results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
Technical Issues
If a game result is voided due to any technical error or disruption, bajbb will attempt to refund the bet amount. Abnormal winnings resulting from a system error may be cancelled.
Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for various games on the bajbb platform. Bets exceeding the limit are automatically rejected. VIP members may be eligible for higher betting limits.
Sports Betting Rules
Each event in sports betting has its own applicable rules. If a match is cancelled or unresolved, the bet is generally considered void and the staked amount is returned. bajbb is not responsible for any technical delays in live betting.
Claims and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute regarding a game result or transaction must be reported to bajbb support within 72 hours. In resolving disputes, the decision of bajbb's authority will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited for the smooth operation of the bajbb platform and the protection of all members:
Fraud and Deception
- Using a false identity or fake documents
- Using stolen payment methods
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs
System Abuse
- Gaming with bots or automated software
- Using artificial intelligence or machine learning to gain an advantage
- Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions
- Operating multiple accounts
Misconduct
- Threatening or harassing other members
- Filing false complaints
- Rude behavior toward the support team
- Making fraudulent chargeback claims
Unauthorized Use
- Operating an account on behalf of a third party
- Transferring or selling an account to another person
- Allowing an account to be used on behalf of someone under 21
- Reproducing bajbb content without authorization
